“I messaged Kevin Rasmussen Wednesday night to see about getting a quote for a home I'm buying. I told him the place I had been with for years gave me an outrageous quote, so I was shopping. He told me he would have someone call me the next day. At just a couple minutes after 9am, Bryanna Bragg called me to get some more information. She was very polite and super professional. She then followed up with me three different times in the same day and when I had a question about something she had to check on, she told me she would find out and give me a call in the morning. I called my insurance company for a quote this past Monday and they said that they would call me in a little while with a quote. Tuesday I still had not heard from them, so I had to call again.
